I made an appointment here months ago. They called me telling me they needed to reschedule my appointment due to the doctor being out of the office and asked me to come the day before. I was okay with that as I understand things happen. But then a few days later I got a message saying my appointment they had already moved was needing to be canceled again and asked if I wanted to be put on there waitlist. i’ve been calling for months and months to set up a yearly check up and each time they tell me the same thing “the schedule isn’t out yet , call towards the end of the month”. Okay so monthly for the past 3-4 months i have yet to be able to set up a new appt. Stop playing with peoples health. Be more organized and figure out a better way to schedule people. This is ridiculous

Dr. Eisenburg, Dr. Gifford, and Dr. Craft all were amazing with both my C-sections, one which was an emergency and when I was readmitted for PP Preeclampsia. Highly recommend!

This location prioritizes white women over women of color for appointments, I have been waiting months just for one appointment when I have been a patient here. Not only that, when I do have an appointment, they take forever to get to my room and when she does come they are trying to rush my appointment time and also does not listen to my concerns, and refuses to do test I ask to be done which should be recorded in the visit records.
