The facility was clean and welcoming from the moment I walked in. The entire staff was kind and professional, especially NP Amber Clapp. After a bad experience elsewhere, I truly appreciated how thorough and attentive she was, she made me feel seen, not just like a number. She went above and beyond to address my concerns and gave me real hope. The lab team was also friendly and efficient, and the MyChart portal is easy to use and always up to date. I’m extremely satisfied with the care I received.
