My doctor left this horrible practice! These horrible people wouldn't even tell me where she went! But thanks to Google , I found her! If you're looking for Dr Aguilar, she's at Cone Health now. Brown Summit Family Practice on NC 150.
Everyone on the staff was courteous and helpful. Dr. White made me feel relaxed and important.
The main woman who answers the phones here is absolutely horrible, zero customer service skills or kindness whatsoever. I very much dread having to call to make appointments here because she is 100% rude and difficult to deal with Every. Single. Time. but this is where my insurance takes me so it’s where I go. If you’re going to put someone at the face of your business -answering phones and greeting people choosing a person with a smile or a friendly demeanor wouldn’t hurt. She possesses neither of those.
I have recommended my doctor, Virginia Fulbright, and the nurses and staff for years. Virginia has been my doctor since I moved to NC in 2005! She has been my cheerleader, mentor and advocate for my health journey. Along with the entire team. I am always greeted with joy, and treated like a family member.
