I absolutely love, Dr. Stein and his staff. From the time they call my name. I’ve never left without feeling my concerns were meant.
I haven't been seen at this office in a long time, but today was an inconvenience. The office called me at 8:30a while I was driving to my 8:40a appointment to cancel and said that the appointment that I scheduled over a month ago is wrong because their third party appointment scheduler gave me the incorrect information. VERY INCONVENIENT!!! and not my fault! My advice is to Make sure that you contact the office directly and speak with a person to make sure that your appointment is valid.
