I do not understand how a doctors office runs this way. You can’t get through to the staff or office managers for a couple months now. Ever since they switched phone systems the other people who answer have no care in the world to get your messages through. They send it to whoever and all they do is repeat themselves over and over when you try to speak.
Had an excellent experience here doctor Kevin jones made sure I was well taken care of by listening to my concerns and helping understand what I didn’t know I highly recommend him as a provider!
I love my dr andrea Hutchinson she's a very good doctor she always helps me with my health needs and tells me what I should do.
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had a really disappointing experience here. The front desk staff was extremely rude, and the nurse who took my vitals was unprofessional, she handled things roughly and made me feel uncomfortable. The doctor was also very dismissive and didn’t seem to take my concerns seriously. I even felt judged for requesting a female doctor, which made the whole visit feel awkward and unwelcoming.
