Heard them deliberately hang up the phone calling them about a cancellation the day of an appointment, for the second time. Anyone that hears the name Lucy, the psychiatrist, do not trust her. She has cancelled and doesnt show up in office last second appointments, and this place expects you to wait months for another one, when if it were you as a last second no show, they would probably try to charge you.
