Amanda Dupuis was absolutely wonderful. I did run into some issues around scheduling/ referrals. Thank you Kim Holloway for going above and beyond to assist me with the scheduling problems i had encountered.
I had an appointment with Amanda DUPUIS whom had no bedside manner, tone deaf and very dismissive. I typically see Dr. Neelagiri who is amazing.
After scheduling with UNC Brier Creek they called me the day of to cancel and say that the provider is no longer accepting new patients, after I had already taken time off of work to get to the appointment (happening in 2 hours). Apparently it was a scheduling error on their end. If that is their organization level before you even set foot in the clinic it has to be way worse once you are there! Zero interest in finding out.
I've been seeing Venkat "Ram" Neelagari for several years as my PCP. He is exceptionally caring, friendly, knowledgeable, and resourceful. He makes himself available to answer my questions in the web portal, and refers me to specialists and physical therapists aligned with my needs and goals. It's rare to have a PCP who takes a genuine interest in your health and wellness beyond treating illness. He's also a running enthusiast like me, so we always have something enjoyable to chat about.
