I saw Emily Long. she was kind, attentive, empathetic, and very thorough. im glad I chose this office and will be using this office and provider for my primary care moving forward. A+
Terrible!!! I have been waiting for an appointment since last year with dr Dr Kashyap they have rescheduled me TWICE on the day of. Due to the doctor not being in. I understand that things come up, but this has caused a significant delay in care that I’ve been needing for quite some time. At this point, it feels like my health concerns are not being taken seriously this is completely unprofessional! I will continue to receive care in Wilson, it’s sad I live here in Goldsboro and cannot establish a PcP
This is the WORST practice in all of Goldsboro!!!!!! The women at the front desk are incredibly rude and give so much attitude. I had an appointment originally scheduled for late August, then I was able to get off the wait list and be moved to earlier. They cancelled on the day of and moved my appointment again for another two weeks. Then they called again to reschedule because their doctor was going to be “out of office”!!!!!! This office is so unprofessional and I do not recommend going here! Choose someone else!!!
Dr Kashyap is great!! However the front staff are rude. They do not honor their 15 minute rule. As long as you're there no later than 15 minutes past your appointment they say they will see you. I literally showed the time on my watch and phone was not past it and they refused to see me. I had already did the e-check in. They purposefully ignored me at the check in window. There weren't any patients there because they just opened the doors and they won't answer the phone before 8am so you are unable to notify or change the a... read more
