I arrived for what I thought was my appointment time 10 minutes early to an empty waiting room. They wound up calling for four other patients that arrived after me before I just left out of frustration. They even warned one lady that she was thirty minutes early and she got called for almost immediately while my appointment time came and went. Its obvious they tell everyone their appointments are 15 minutes earlier than they are. When I complained I was smugly told my appointment was at 10:30 when I had been receiving texts ... read more
