Yesterday would be my 2nd appointment with Dr Cooper, he was Great, and the admin staff were awesome as well. The 3 stars comes from my encounter with the nurse ( I really want to give 0 stars for her alone). I didn’t catch her name but she had long light brown locs. I don’t know if she had a rough day or if this is what she is like all the time but she is completely rude and unfriendly. I was excited to have a doctor’s office close by home and was looking for a primary care doctor… so I called 3 months ago and made a primary care doctor appointment with Dr. Russell. Today I got a call with only saying the doctor you Scheduled with (this Friday) after waiting 3 months is now out of the office. I got absolutely NO great reasoning why my appointment was canceled and they did not have any appointments until the END of August to reschedule.. even with another doctor at this location!
