I came to this clinic for follow-up care after a car accident, not serious enough for the hospital, but serious enough to need ongoing attention. Three months later, I still haven’t received that care. The problems started early and compounded from there. My doctor is warm in person, but her follow-up has been a disaster. Professional and can always squeeze you in for an urgent visit. My OBGYN for both of my pregnancies was here. Highly recommend. Coming back to update: Our PCP was Donna Smith. She helped bring both our kids into the world, and they're still doing phenomenally. We're very grateful for her!
Called to make an appointment for my first pregnancy, they just told me they were too busy and that “they didnt forget about me” well it was worse they ignored my calls and wouldnt answer after that, glad Im going to the chapel hill facility instead they made everything so simple and quick and treat me like I matter.
Got new insurance and they quit refilling my medication until I could get in with my new provider. So glad to get away from this practice Candice Clark is a Google Dr and Everytime I went in for something she just googled it. I’m so happy to be getting out of her care and into somewhere that actually knows how to be a doctor. All of UNC is nothing but incompetent from the front desk to the nurses.
