UNC is the only hospital in the state that is qualified to take your tax check! The billing department is an absolute joke! I was on hold for over an hour EVERYTIME I CALLED. They take your tax refund because its impossible to set up payments! Its so bad that i will not use UNC hospitals in the future. After waiting for over an hour (OVER 8 different times) they keep sending me to Wakefield Associates for collections. Wakefield tells me that UNC pulled the bill from them, so they send me back to UNC to wait over an hour agai... read more
If I could leave zero stars i would.... the ladies at the front desk are a complete joke... very unprofessional. Very lazy!!!!!!
