After several years of going hear UNC changed networks and became out of network with our provider. Not a problem but they never notified us of this change and continued to allow us to receive care at their pediatricians office. Six months later after this happened we got a bill for $3000. When we investigated what was going on they told us that they had in their system that they told us we were out of network, which they never did.
