Absolutely abysmal care and cleanliness in the ED. I’d rather pass away on the drive to somewhere else than come here. The doctors contradict themselves between shifts and leave patients in an abyss of misinformation.
I have had two surgeries from this hospital now and I cannot emphasize just how great they have been to me! Today’s surgery was nerve wrecking and I almost passed out in the preop area, but the nurses there were kind, gentle, attentive and fun! We all got to have a good laugh after the scary stuff and they made me feel so cared for. My surgeon from each surgery I have had here too have been amazing. Love this place!
Came in for chest pain sat for 7 hours not even Tylenol was given. The nurses on second shift ignore you. I left ama because 7 hours is crazy. They spend more time on the computer than treating patients. I never get treated right coming here. I didn't even want to come but I had no choice. Despicable.
My husband was in an accident and we went to ER. I realize we would be there for a while. We got there on Monday at 10am by 12 we had been seen by a Dr. Who was willing to do a CT scan and blood work he needed. They were busy which we understood. By 4pm we had seen no Dr the nurses hadn't checked on us. We had been put in this hallway called the green zone. People all on top of each other. There were nurses at the desk.
