Susan McKenney is the most cold, dismissive person I have ever had the displeasure of being forced to see. She does not care about the person sitting in front of her whatsoever. I expressed I needed accommodations regarding specific procedures and scans due to cPTSD and she dismissed everything I said with disdain “plenty of other women have anxiety and they are fine”.
