I have had infusions here every six months for several years. The nurses are very professional courteous knowledgeable empathetic and accommodating. The facility is always clean and well run. My grandchildren see one of the doctors there and he and his staff are fantastic.

WHY does this lab close so early!? It’s a huge hassle that they shut down for the day so early. Makes me want to find another practice entirely!

I get my blood drawn all the time and this is the best place to come. They are quick and never leave a bruise on my arm. The best time to visit is morning or midday, I’m not sure about the afternoon as I’ve never been here then.

They really need to update their hours on the recording! I called to confirm their hours and that I did not need an appointment for lab work. Their recorded message stated that walk ins were welcome for blood draws and that they were open until 4:30. I drove an hour to get there 25 minutes before they supposedly closed only to find out that they closed 20 mins earlier at 3:45. I recently took a specimen to the lab and had difficulty finding the kiosh to register I went to three different windows and got incorrect directions to the kiosk. There were so many little signs taped on the windows that gave improper directions that it was difficult to make my way around the facility, and it's not that big. It did not give a very professional impression.
