I have waited about a week to leave a review to see if I was still upset. I went here around 8pm on a Sunday night. When I arrived there were 3 other groups in the waiting room. I was greeted by a very friendly receptionist, almost immediately triaged by two lovely nurses, and told to return to the waiting room where I would be called as soon as possible. I hope that someone in charge sees this and takes to heart that the wait time at this establishment is unprofessional, embarrassing, and frankly a little reckless. After 2 ... read more
The triage nurse was very helpful and got some meds for my vomiting. The wait was a little long to get back in the emergency room but they did seem pretty busy and we're having to chew though a long line
Great experience! Walked in did not even have to sit down before being triaged. Nurses were nice . Dr came in listened and did a great job with my little one. Let us stay a little extra longer till comfortable to leave. Would have been maybe an hour if that from start to finish. Would definitely recommend
I brought my husband to the emergency department this evening due to stroke-like symptoms. We have been waiting in the reception area for over an hour without any medical evaluation, EKG, or other diagnostic testing. During this time, his condition has continued to worsen. I have expressed my concerns to the staff; however, the nurse on duty was dismissive and unprofessional in her response.
