The triage nurse was very helpful and got some meds for my vomiting. The wait was a little long to get back in the emergency room but they did seem pretty busy and we're having to chew though a long line
Great experience! Walked in did not even have to sit down before being triaged. Nurses were nice . Dr came in listened and did a great job with my little one. Let us stay a little extra longer till comfortable to leave. Would have been maybe an hour if that from start to finish. Would definitely recommend
I brought my husband to the emergency department this evening due to stroke-like symptoms. We have been waiting in the reception area for over an hour without any medical evaluation, EKG, or other diagnostic testing. During this time, his condition has continued to worsen. I have expressed my concerns to the staff; however, the nurse on duty was dismissive and unprofessional in her response. Everyone here is so diverse (LOVE THAT) and SO NICE. I had a lovely chat with Nikki at admissions and that friendliness continued into Triage where I met nice-guy-whose-name-I-can't-remember-but-I-think-he-was-wearing-brown-cowboy-boots. My nurse, Gabriel, was attentive, timely with information, and has the most incredible head of hair. I'm pretty sure the latter isn't a pre-requisite for nursing excellence, but it's gotta be a perk. 😁 Also I got a large room with a door and natural sunlight....made me feel a lil special.
