This was one of the smoothest appointments I have ever had. Made a same day appointment online through my chart. Arrived at the location 12 minutes prior to the 15 minutes before the appointment (so 27 minutes prior to actual appointment time). I was in no hurry but went in to check in anyway. The receptionist let me know that I may not be taken back until closer to my appointment, which was fine. Sat down and within 30 seconds I was taken back to an exam room. This the place is very unprofessiona took me a whole month just to get A DAMN appointment and when i finally got one I had to wait an whole damn hour just to see the doctor smh 🤦
