Was given quote, then after a few days got a new bill. Apparently I went over the 10-15m slot to 20m cause MD wanted to discuss yoga and stress reducing techniques instead of providing medical advice for my ringing in the ear. I honestly would not have gone. Tried to the do the good faith request with billing department but was threatened with a larger bill as 'original' was over 300. No kidding. For a 20m visit. Disappointed with ENT. Other times, for gyn was given 4month out appointment even when I requested 'any doctor'.
I’m a bit disturbed how I had to have 3 visits for one physical. Seems to be a billing scam and greed to me. The fact they don’t tell you to fast before pulling labs the day before and also the pointless questionnaire appointment is a waste of time and money and seriously needs to be revamped.
Dr Julia Sargent is the best! I am very happy with her.
The service got worse this year. I had issues with my nails and send a question to a primary care doctor, and get a response, that I need to have a personal visit. When I came to a doctor, I was immediately told to go to a dermatologist and that's it. For some reason, they could not say to me that online. And the worst part these doctors have the audacity to ask for $120 for the phrase that I need to see a dermatologist.
