Hate this clinic this is the 2nd time they send me home after messaging me saying to come for an appointment.
I’ve been here for two pregnancies now and the first one I came in for brown blood in my underwear that had been happening for about 3-4days and they didn’t even check on the baby or do anything to see what was going on, that night I woke up soaked in blood and my boyfriend and I rushed to the hospital to find out we lost the baby. This time I’m high risk and being that we lost our daughter at 15w 4d and I had some spotting yesterday at 15w4d I had to call 7times and wait on hold for 30mins before someone answered and they w... read more
I’m almost 5 months into my pregnancy. And yeah the wait times can be well for me 30 minutes at that, which I’m a patient person I can understand when it’s packed but anyways so far the front desk ladies are super nice, and I have no complaints to make. They are all nice to me. Never delivered with them before and seeing the reviews makes me erry but hopefully my delivery goes well.
Dr. Trellanie W. Jones, DO, and her LPN (I wish I could remember her name) were absolutely amazing. They took the time to listen, showed genuine concern, and made me feel heard throughout my visit. Even though there were no clean rooms available at my scheduled appointment time, their level of care and professionalism still made this a 5-star experience for me.
