Highly unprofessional on all levels. Rude at the front desk. They have people waiting outside where patients are being examined. They have a sitting area outside the patients examining area. It's chairs on both sides of the patients door. Walking into the exam room with patients information that consist of full name, file number and what they are being seen for displayed on a monitor. This is unacceptable on all levels patients sitting outside of room in which my exam is performed.
This place is horrible. I don’t even know where to begin. Wait times are INSANE. Many times I’ve waited over an hour. I went in around 20 weeks for an ultrasound and glucose test appt. I left my toddler with a babysitter bc I knew it would be a longer appt. After my ultrasound I sat and waited for no less than half an hour before I started walking around trying to find a nurse bc I knew I had been forgotten. one of my last appts… omg… Whoever Hardenburgs nurse is…. Terrible.. Big Lumbee girl. I went back to see dr. Hardenburg and mentioned that no one took my pee. You have to really know what’s going on or these things won’t be done. She said it was supposed to be taken by the nurse lol so she calls the nurse back to come give me the pee cup and literally the wrong name is on it. At no point should a patients check-in to have their information revealed to the entire waiting area. It shouldn't be staff member yelling this ladies information out. At no point should I know her mailing address. What level of safety does a patient have entering this establishment? It's more than one patient she done this way. She is very unprofessional
