Formal Complaint Regarding OB Appointment I had been waiting several weeks for this appointment. Based on instructions from the office, I was scheduled to complete my glucose screening test during this visit and was told to expect the appointment to last over an hour. The first time we got here after being seen, we were told to wait and ended up waiting for an hour just to find out the doctor who was supposed to be seeing us had left for their lunch break, so we ended up leaving. For my second appointment, I waited almost two hours and other people who were in the waiting room were complaining about having to wait as well. I wouldn’t recommend unless you like sitting in a chair doing nothing.

Worst medical office I've been to. Front desk is rude and both times I came I waiting 1 hour to be seen. You could never show up an hour late for an appointment but they will let you sit that long. Appointments are incredibly booked out they shouldnt even be taking new patients. I needed an ultrasound urgently within a few days and the soonest they had was 5 weeks out. I said that was too long I will need to find another practice and front desk said "it's only 5 weeks". ONLY??

Very disappointing experience for me and my wife, Staff is terrible and have nasty attitudes. Also really dismissive when she had health concerns. If I could give 0 stars I would. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE, you won’t regret it!!!
