Please do not go here or UNC labor and delivery. Most nurses and midwives provided great care, however, whenever there was a health concern they were rather dismissive of any health concerns, going so far as to dismiss my requesting of tests for said health concerns.There is either a huge lack of communication, or a disregard for patients. The OBGYN itself is terrible with long wait times and unreliable care topped with terrible customer service and scheduling flexibility. 5 Stars always for Virginia Wade!!!
Got there 20 mins early. Got called back 20min after appointment time then left after closing. We had been sitting there for almost an hour and a half. They explained the reason afterwards but there was no consistent check up on us nor did we accomplish anything that the appointment was scheduled for.
