This hospital has horrible customer service over the phone from the call center they the er all the way to the hospital charge manager and only answer they gave me was another call center aka patient relations like how are they gonna help if I was scared to even come into the er bc of the way they treated me over the phone

We been waiting on a bed since 6:34 pm the nurse told me 2 hours ago that the bed was ready but she hasn’t had time to call a transport person. I’m watching her sit on her behind and play then just sit there!! If you ain’t here to help patients instead of trying to play pretty then get another job!!

This was the absolute worst I've ever been treated at a hospital. I walked in with excruciating pain to my pancreas and stomach area do to my diagnosed pancreatitis from a previous accident. When I got there the waiting room was half way full. By the time I got called to the back people who were there before and after me had already been seen and walked out. Husband in ER after passing out due to a virus, the doctor and nurse assigned to us were absolutely fantastic! They were caring, thorough, and extremely competent! Each staff member we encountered was friendly and helpful and the check in and checkout process was very smooth.
