Have scheduled appointment at a certain time and still sitting here waiting after 40 minutes. Wishing I had chosen a different providers office for my injuries. Double and triple booking is an unacceptable practice. My time is just as valuable as any provider. Office staff tried to tell me I didn't have an appointment at the time my phone confirmation showed as well as the card their staff gave me
