I've been using this facility as my PCP for almost two years now. Brette Daniels is the BEST!;
I have always liked all the previous doctors. They always had time for me. I don’t have many issues but do expect to be seen when I need them. Generally I have been pleased. It’s a new ballgame now that it is UNC Health.
It is very difficult to find doctors like Morrisey, she is sincere, direct and really cares about the patient's health. I recommend it 💯 per cent. I'm glad they have her part of their team.
My son had appointment there a week ago for health issues We were asked four times if we wanted to give him vaccines. Not necessary once but once I've firmly stated numerous times we were not interested in. She was training to individuals and I asked her to please prioritize my son's well-being ahead of time and ask if I was okay with it. I was very frustrated that I waited there for an hour and was only seen for 5 minutes and nothing was rectified. The front desk receptionist is not friendly at all; it seems like she is being forced to work. I found her tone quite rude when she spoke to me.I couldn't catch her name, but the front desk receptionist has shoulder-length, completely white hair and wears glasses. Otherwise, my doctor, Dr. Morais, and her assistant are absolutely amazing, and the only reason I haven't changed locations is because of them!
