I’ve been seeing Jennifer Beard for about two years now, and I’ve had an excellent experience with both her and the entire team at UNC Family Medicine. Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Jennifer takes the time to truly listen to my concerns and provides thoughtful, thorough answers to all my questions. I highly recommend Jennifer and this UNC location!
The wait time is horrible. They will give you an appointment date and time, be prepared to sit in the lobby for 30min-44min before anyone can see you. On a good day you will haive a wait time of 15min.
Beware, they’ll schedule you weeks out, but not notify you of any expected copay or deductible. Went for what I thought would be a preventative new patient exam and ended with a $363 bill. Well played UNC, I only schedule two months prior.
