I switched to UNC Family Medicine and so far I am extremely happy with my physician, Dr. Nguyen, and the staff. I do non-urgent check-ins on the portal every once in awhile to keep my physician abreast of the health plan that I follow and he responds very quickly. I feel genuinely cared for and have to say, it feels great to be back in good health. Ever so grateful to my care team.
I will say I love this place and Dr Kim but the front ladies always have a nasty attitude and I honestly may switch. Just letting anyone know

Everyone is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. Jennifer takes the time to truly listen to my concerns and provides thoughtful, thorough answers to all my questions.
