Overall experience was ok but one nurse in particular completely ruined it. Terrible bedside manners and lack of awareness on how to deal with family members who are concerned about their loved ones. Never tell a pregnant lady in distress to calm down as she’s trying to express her concerns about a family member’s condition. Clear lack of training and etiquette. Feel bad for anyone who has to be in his care.
This applies to ER only,for this what I visited. Complete and total junk of experience. Unless you absolutely have to come to this place, find another location. Waiting time is forever, no one gives you any updates, and no one cares. Front desk people reside in a different realm where you don't exist, and nurses are a figment of your imagination. 4 hours, minimum, before anything happens,and I am still waiting... And this is not a busy time. Horrible, absolutely horrible experience.
Rushed here with appendecitis and am currently recovering at home. I had an amazing experience here. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, kind and accommodating (I did not experience one person here who didnt seem to care about their job). The facility was impressive as well. Large rooms, fast (enough) wifi, clear tvs, decent food. The surgery was seamless and done well. Everybody did an amazing job. Thank you!
Great experience with PA Katrina Aquino, her scribe, the three nurses and the nice person working registration were all very kind. Did I wait awhile? Yes, but did I get great care? Absolutely. Will come back as needed.
They need to be shut down they dont treat anything as an emergency plus a simple fix takes 4hrs plus SMH so sad
