All are was well except my nurse Jenny or Genny, a blonde lady in the ER. I am immunocompromised, and shouldn’t have to watch in horror as my nurse reconnects my IVS after a trip to the bathroom, and doesn’t clean them AT ALL. I was already distressed, this has added more stress and I’ll be complaining to the North Carolina Board of Nursing.
Was very crowded due to the flu epidemic, but things moved as well as possible considering the amount of people and the fact that every bed was taken.
The wait is forever. Most of the staff has been ok so far. Cleanliness is awful. Trash on floor, seats and tables in ER waiting room. Does no one sweep? Once I made it to the eval room after several hours of waiting, the patient chair was stained with blood from prior patients, and the tech acted all bothered that I asked for a different one. Y’all are all masked and gloved up but want me to sit in someone else’s DNA?
