I have to go to the cancer center twice a year..Something has only takes 45 to minutes, turned into e hours..I kept getting looked over,or saying oh I was asked to do that but had to do something else and forgot glad u said something. Or like dealing with patients sorry be with u soon..or just about everyone went to lunch and kept blaming the pharmacy..but notice everyone else was getting their meds..I am grateful I don't have cancer. I went to get my gallbladder checked because I was having trouble with pain and the nurses and doctors were so nice and professional. Lindsey was very helpful about explaining everything I asked. They all made me feel like they really cared. Thanks to all the nurses and the doctor. The receptionist was very friendly also.

Please do not bring your loved ones here. The drs are beyond dismissive are rude as hell. If they would have listened to me the first time my poor baby wouldn’t have had to suffer for nearly another week. Go literally anywhere but here. I used to prefer this hospital. No more. I’ll make the drive to Catawba.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!!!!!! if need of serious emergency find a better place please. They walk in the room then totally abandon you. My brother was in need for ditches and the doctors were moving so slow to the point where I completely thought they forgot about us. Then as he is showing physical pain they have a STUDENT come in completely alone and preforming the required procedures.

The nurses and doctor were very kind and accommodating when I came in through the emergency room, they seen me right away.
