I just had my 80 year old mother there and the nurses were rude and disrespectful to her. I tried to explain to them that she has always been hard to get an iv. And that if they needed blood it would take a butterfly needle to get the nurse proceeds to tell me that that is not possible they can not use a butterfly. Ive taken phlebotomy so I do know what im talking about so I know that it is possible to use a butterfly to obtain blood. She was allowed to try twice to stick my mother and blew both veins. I had my Arthroscopic procedure in day surgery. Pre-op nurse Michelle, recovery nurse Terri and anesthesiologist Dr. Zsoldos that where informative, kind, and professional.

I was sceptical about visiting this hospital as I a saw the terrible reviews on it. But I was desperate and dealing with an issue that wouldn't allow me to wait. When I got there, they weren't that busy. Maybe 5 people in the waiting room. The ladies up front that checked me in were nice. I think this is the fastest I'd ever been called back to a room. I had maybe 45 seconds to a minute to sit and then they were calling me back to be seen. That was a major surprise as we all know how ERs or doctors offices in general can be.... read more

I have met one decent doctor going here. My husband has seen him. I on the other hand only happened to see less qualified less caring people today I saw a person who acted like they genuinely cared. I had several tests that came back abnormal said to my face that they were going to refer me to a cardiologist this and that blah blah blah blah normal doctor stuff and then behind my back in the chart. Tyler, Michael J was very unprofessional. He clearly has a fat phobia. I was told to exercise even though I was not asked my exercise regiment. He never addressed any issues. Don’t waste your time or breathe on this ER. The rest of the staff was pleasant. But they couldn’t help me either.
