My experience there started out rocky but then ending up great all the nurse's and othe staff to the ER up to the ICU floor everyone was so nice and patient with me definitely that on one nights during the week she is an RN on the 4 th floor and she was really great very informative smart answered all my questions in a timely manner nshe was just the best but the other one u know who I are the RNs in the ER department were cool as well I had pneumonia while I stayed that I just realized 2025 was not my year at all maybe this... read more

All the ER nurses at check in are rude, talk to you like you’re stupid and don’t even acknowledge you when you speak to them. This was multiple days in a row. I understand a bad day but at that point that’s who they are. These type of people shouldn’t be the face for something so serious.
We arrived at the emergency room at approximately 6:40 PM due to my son, Elijah, sustaining a stab wound that was actively bleeding. We rushed out of the house under urgent circumstances, and he was dressed in a t-shirt, shorts, and shoes without socks. Despite this, he was not offered a blanket upon arrival. We did not receive one until around 7:30 PM, and only after we requested it. I went there to get my medicine checked out to see if it needed to be changed and they wouldn’t offer me food my mom had to go ask if could have some plus they put me my stuff in a locker and my moms
