I’ve been a patient of Dr. Erick Beck since 2019. AMAZING doctor. During Covid, he saved my life with his quick action and medical interventions. I’ve never had a complaint for this location. Even when I moved an hour away, I travelled to come see Dr. Beck. Dr. Beck recently retired and the new provider is a Nurse Practitioner— I’m needed a refill and this has been the most frustrating process. I’ve never experienced this with Dr. Beck.
For five years, I have been a patient at this UNC family facility, initially under the care of Courtney. I have consistently received excellent customer service from the staff. However, since Courtney's departure, I have experienced significant delays in appointment times. Despite consistently arriving 15 minutes or more before my scheduled appointments, I frequently wait nearly an hour to be seen, often beyond my appointment time. Great staff from front desk to amazing Dr.‘s the nurses are professional and take great care. Dr. Beck saved my husbands life and takes wonderful care of his patients. So thankful to have found this place!
This location is under a different Physician from before but the professionalism, skill and attention to detail are far superior than any other Doctor I have had in the last two decades. The right questions are asked and my responses were carefully listened to without being rushed through. All options are carefully explored for the best treatment and prevention of further issues. I HIGLY recommend Dr. Kadir and his staff to take the best care of you and your loved ones!
