Save yourself the headache and do NOT go to this clinic. I was a patient for years with Diana and it went completely down hill real fast. As a black woman I was treated with no respect or decency. I had many disappointing appointments over the past year. Dr. Diana often made me feel like a nuisance for asking questions, and I left visits feeling dismissed instead of supported. At times it felt like my symptoms were downplayed rather than taken seriously, which was frustrating and discouraging as a patient. If you had asked me 2 years ago I would have given this place 5 stars, as I’ve been a patient of this practice for 8 years. After Nicole Frederickson PA left this place went wayyyy downhill. My current primary care doctor sometimes does not get back to me via MyChart message for 12+ days. Even after multiple contact attempts. I have now been out of my medication for 2 weeks and am being told I need to be seen before I can get another refill (even though I’ve been able to get 3 refills before needing to be seen again for the ... read more
Ever since Courtney the nurse practitioner and Dr. Beck left place has gone down hill. The flabotomist was always nice though.
Highly recommend. Have helped so many of our clients over the last 20 years. Great physicians and staff.
