Absolute phenomenal Doctors office. I've been able to call and get last minute appointments the same week, or a virtual visit with my doctor if the appointment log is booked for the week. I've never felt shamed, have my input ignored or brushed off like I've been at other doctors offices. I can't speak for all the doctors there as my primary is Catherine Lightfoot. Today I had my first appointment with Dr. Navneet Kaur. I have switched my PCP three times within a little over two years. It's VERY hard to find a PCP that is worth my time. I was seeing another PCP at this same office majority of my time here in Goldsboro. But let's just say she didn't listen to my health suspicions. Just wanted to slap me with labels without the corrects tests...as well as shove useless meds down my throat. Great Dr and friendly staff
They will reschedule your appointment without telling you, then hang up on you while you’re trying to figure it out with them. I made an appointment 3 times and each time they needed to switch or “something happened” 0/10
I've been a patient here for 4 years and they've saved my life twice by being so conscientious and caring. Live all the people here!
