I spent 3 hours on the phone waiting to talk to someone and was told a nurse would call me back…that was a Thursday….Friday no one called me. Second time i have had trouble when sick. Not happy. Will look for another doctor.
I had blood work done today. Staff was friendly. I always have a good experience at this office. I have seen Dr. Cottle in the past and she is always attentive and helpful.
First visit was today. Appointment with Miss Lightfoot. She was very friendly and took time to listen to all my concerns. Very knowledgeable and put together a plan to address my needs.
