I spent 3 hours on the phone waiting to talk to someone and was told a nurse would call me back…that was a Thursday….Friday no one called me. Second time i have had trouble when sick. Not happy. Will look for another doctor.
I had blood work done today. Staff was friendly. I always have a good experience at this office. I have seen Dr. Cottle in the past and she is always attentive and helpful.
First visit was today. Appointment with Miss Lightfoot. She was very friendly and took time to listen to all my concerns. Very knowledgeable and put together a plan to address my needs.
Great doctor
I saw Ms. Lightfoot today for the first time and was very pleased with my appointment. She was very attentive, listened to my concerns and lengthy medical history and provided me ideas and solutions. She also provided referrals that where requested. I am very comfortable with her and the treatment plan we created. Nurse Karen and the ladies up front were also very nice and accommodating. I would recommend Ms. Lightfoot. I will update as I interact with the other providers.
