Excellent care love the whole staff! Sure wish I had changed Doctors years earlier like my family wanted me to. Much better care of my medical care and has not messed up my medication not one time unlike the other Doctor I had. Stays on top of my health and concerns really really listens and cares.
Tara and Gail at the front desk could be nicer. Theresa however was wonderful.
More quacks than a duck farm. Not to mention the awfully long wait times of an hour or more. Even in the morning, I still sat in the wiring room for an hour and 10 minutes. The reception leaves much to be desired. Seems like part of getting a UNC job in Kinston requires you to be a miserable, unhelpful, rude person with a cellphone addiction. What an awful place. Expect your problems to be dismissed, your worries ignored, and your refills sent to the wrong place.
Please adjust your open time online to 8:30am, instead of 8:15am because I called at 8:15 per the time online and you’re still closed with an audio stating you open at 8:30pm.
