Wonderful staff, they are polite & friendly. This the best opthalmology office I have ever been to. I recently had cataract surgery with Dr. David Belyea, he was excellent. My son was impressed with the surgeon. I would definitely recommend this office to family and friends.
If someone is having issues and needs to be seen immediately how does that happen if they are booked out until July? Unreal. Its not like I needed a standard eye exam. Something is obviously wrong and she said oh well, sorry we cant see you until summer. Doesnt even make sense. Primary care cant help. Hospital cant help because you just get referred out. So how do you get an exam ??
Dr Brisley and staff are excellent ! Plan on being there 2 hours for complete exam with wait time.
Would love to give a 5 star review because staff and Dr. Skylr are great, but the waiting times are atrocious! Both visits! I see others saying the same here. And hope I never have to go there again. Appt. time 10:50. I arrive 40 mins early. It's over an hour drive and never know how long it will take so pad time to make sure I'm not late! Knew it would be a problem when I walked in and the waiting room is packed and one doctor. I didn't "start the clock" until my 10:50 appt time since it was on me that I arrived early. Very nice staff but wait times are the WORST! It takes about an hour to even get called back for your appointment. They need to do a better job with scheduling appointments so the providers aren’t over booked and the patients have LONG wait times.
