I called last Thursday. They told me I have to be referred. So I went to the hospital across the street. Hospital referred me to them. It has been 7 days. They didn’t even bother to call me. It’s now Thursday morning, I called them, they said even though I was referred by the hospital, I don’t “qualify” to be seen by them. They didn’t even bother calling me to tell me that.
