The clinical staff were all very nice and knowledgeable and i have no complaints with them. However, the front desk staff here were very unwilling to be helpful at all. I was scheduled wrong by someone on their end, but because i didn’t speak with someone “directly in the office” (though i called the only phone number associated with their office), they would not honor the appointment and tried to turn me away with my 2 year old child after i told them i drove an hour to be there.
