Does not call you back even when they are supposed to remove your stitches and read biopsy results
Unprofessional. Did not have a consultation, but was charged for one. You can never get anyone to call you back, but they sure will if you owe them money.....
Every one in this office was very helpful. They were able to get me in quickly, then referred me to the surgery center at UNC when the test results came back positive. (The surgery center was great, considering.) They were good about my follow-up. I was nervous about the whole thing, and they did a good job of making me feel comfortable. Highly & comfortably recommend.
VERY UNPROFESSIONAL... THEY "LOST" ALL MY PREVIOUS RECORDS PAST 2018 AND DENIED ME OF A MEDICATION REFILL DUE TO THAT. I REQUESTED A SUPERVISOR CALL AND LEFT PLENTY OF VOICEMAILS. IT HAS BEEN WEEKS LONGER THAN THEIR "48 HOUR WINDOW" TO CALL ME BACK. I WILL BE FINDING A NEW DERMATOLOGIST..... APPARENTLY A LOT OF DOCTORS ARE LEAVING THIS PRACTICE AS WELL PER REP ON THE PHONE.. INCLUDING MY OLD DOCTOR! THIS WAS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.. HINT THE BAD REVIEW! THANKS......
