I hate to write a poor review because our first experience here was great but our experience last week was not and we will not be coming back. I brought my 1 year old daughter in last week for a high fever and lethargy. Her fever had spiked pretty high after hours so we brought her since our pediatrician's office was closed. The nurses were wonderful. I brought my daughter to this urgent care because she has been coughing constantly, has a runny nose, an elevated temperature, heavy breathing, and an ear infection. This visit was recommended by a nurse, but all the staff did was check her vitals and breathing. They didn’t run any tests or provide further evaluation, which left me feeling like they didn’t fully address her health concerns. everytime i bring my Grandkids to this urgent care they swear its a regular virus. She test positive for nothing bt has been coughing 3 weeks. Thats not normal. I wish they would actually do their job. for now on I will take her to her to her PCP.
What can I say? It's refreshing to meet people who care. These women took care of my daughter as if she were one of their own. I'm so grateful for everything you did for my baby. Thank you for calling to check on us.
It really is a wonderful place. The nurses are very caring and lovely, and the doctors are excellent; they have always been kind and very friendly. They are excellent at their job and do so much more than at any other place. Thank you.
