I had an excellent experience at the Pediatric Urgent Care. The care was incredibly efficient and quick. The doctor was outstanding, showing a great deal of knowledge and professionalism. The staff was extremely friendly and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone needing urgent care for their kids! Doctor Amy Levine the best.
I have been here several times with my children and I can’t say enough good things about the facility, the staff and the providers. The wait has never been long and it feels like everyone who works there truly loves children and are patient with distracted parents :-)
We have been here several times, and have always had an excellent experience. The check-in process is easy; we were able to reserve a spot online. Our team of providers were friendly, efficient and knowledgeable! We especially loved Nurse Megan!
I’ve brought my child to this urgent care multiple times over the years, including just last week when her father took her. Despite our frequent visits, I was denied care because I did not have my physical ID on me. I offered my ID on my phone, to email it, yet they refused but did not need the physical card for insurance... I work in a small office and I do not have a work ID like some others that work in bigger offices. It pains me to leave a 2 star review but I have no options. We tried to call in advance because it was 10.30p, but no one would answer the phone. Called again while in route for the 20 minute drive. No answer. Walked in. No one in waiting room. Two people sitting at the front desk, security guard made 3. Not sure why no one could answer the phone? The service was quick and the doctor was great.
