Very professional. Other Dr didn't even take me seriously but Dr assar did find something wrong.
I have been seeing Dr. Assar of UNC Cardiology in Eden NC. He and his staff have been very kind, courteous, and professional! When I need to ask a question or call for a prescription refill, someone is always available to answer my questions and needs. I had previously been treated at Cone Heart Center and experienced terrible communication with their staff. . Due to my critical issue, you would think they would be more friendly, patient, and passionate. The worst distasteful experience I ever had. Every time i call or come in they treat me like i am a bother. Ever time i come in , i leave crying. The doctor i saw on 9/7 was very rude and impatient. I pray i can find a office that loves all people and treat everyone fairly and equal.
First of all this office do not have a office manager on duty to make sure patience can voice their complaints and are being treated fairly. Immediately when I walked in I felt uncomfortable like I was doing something wrong. The issue started with the head nurse giving me a hard time over a referral when I was only doing what the hospital instructed me to do.
