I want to start by thanking Liz I originally reached out to her to see if she had any openings to work with me she responded quickly and recommended that Katie would be a great fit for me and WOW was she spot on. I've been working with Katie for a little bit over 7 months now I've never had a therapist like Katie she shows so much compassion,care, and sympathy to her clients but she will also not shy away from the elephant in the room and I love that about her. Disappointed in admin here, was scheduled for an intake appointment and given availability for sessions with a particular therapist then after having that appointment was told there isn’t availability then? Have made two calls and left VM to try to clear this up with the person who does scheduling for the provider with nothing back now. I really don’t understand why to have us both waste our time doing a first time appointment when there isn’t availability to continue sessions? Will be looking for care elsewhere.
My therapist didn't even show up for our 2nd session. And, the first session, I had to send a text 10 minutes before asking if we were still meeting because the doors to the office were locked and no lights were on. She showed up 10 or so minutes later in her workout gear like she just came from the gym (and, probably, forgot about our appointment). I'm only giving 2 stars and not 1 because the lady I dealt with via email was kind and prompt with her replies, providing options for me to see a different therapist, but at that... read more
My experience has been wonderful.. From making the decision to start therapy to the registration process and finding the right therapist. Everyone at Unbroken has been helpful, kind and compassionate. Flexible and easy to work with. Shannon is great and Nick has been extremely supportive. Thank you!
Nick is very passionate about helping people feel their best. I have never met such a passionate & knowledgable therapist who cares about their clients and practice the way he does. 10/10 recommend
