I would avoid this place unless you enjoy being insulted by someone who doesn’t even know anything about bikes. I asked a simple question about one of the used bikes and instead of answering the question (or admitting that they just don’t know the answer) the responses was rude, condescending and offensive. There are plenty of other places to buy a bike and I would recommend any of them over Unbroken Chain.
