This is not a traditional Bro gym, the thing that got me in the door was “you don’t have to be in shape to get into shape” and they mean it. Shanna and Jeremy are great and work with you very well, but I would be no where without the skill, kindness and energy of Amerie. She is truly a gem for a place that I wasn’t entirely sure about but I can’t imagine going anywhere else or working with anyone else. Let’s go!

Tried out Unbroken Athletic and had an awesome experience. The community and atmosphere were incredibly friendly and welcoming from the moment I walked in. Everyone was super encouraging and helpful, which made it easy to jump right in. And the workout absolutely kicked my ass — in the best way possible. Challenging, motivating, and seriously rewarding. Have been a member of Unbroken since 2020 and it has been life changing. Not only has it helped make a healthier me through strength training and functional fitness.
