I highly recommend going to Unbroken Athletic. If you first time fitness user who is looking for something different then the big box places with hundreds of machines, Unbroken Athletic is the place for you. They specilize in functional movements, no sitting. Best part, you are treated like family from day one. They genuinely care about you and your results at your pace. Please go check them out.

Shanna has me sleeping again! I am getting 8 hours of sleep nightly thanks to her advice, and a peptide supplement that she recommended. Nothing, even Lunesta, has helped me sleep in the past I also visited her gym, and learned about her classes... I may sign up. Think cross fit benefits, without the competitive nature that those gyms have.

Unbroken is a great gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive and patient. The gym itself is clean and well equipped. Everyone is very friendly. There are multiple class options making scheduling a class very easy. I love the strength workouts mixed with cardio. The coaches offer multiple alternatives with in the workout to adjust to everyone’s needs. I’m very grateful to have found Unbroken Athletic.
