Shanna has me sleeping again! I am getting 8 hours of sleep nightly thanks to her advice, and a peptide supplement that she recommended. Nothing, even Lunesta, has helped me sleep in the past I also visited her gym, and learned about her classes... I may sign up. Think cross fit benefits, without the competitive nature that those gyms have.

Unbroken is a great gym. The coaches are knowledgeable, welcoming, supportive and patient. The gym itself is clean and well equipped. Everyone is very friendly. There are multiple class options making scheduling a class very easy. I love the strength workouts mixed with cardio. The coaches offer multiple alternatives with in the workout to adjust to everyone’s needs. I’m very grateful to have found Unbroken Athletic.

The coaches at Unbroken are incredible! They will listen to your concerns and limitations and work with you to figure out whats best moving forward. Ive tried a lot of gyms in the Cleveland area and most coaches I’ve met are quick to dismiss your concerns or pains because they think they know your body better than you. The staff at Unbroken truly take the time to help you figure out what your workouts need to look like and will tailor them however necessary to ensure your goals are met.
