I have struggled for decades with CPTSD and family dysfunction issues. It affects everything in my life. While I've had a lot of trauma therapy and other talk therapy and healings, my time with the herd, only 3 visits, was astounding. In my first session, Amanda prepped me for my time with the herd, talking and setting intention. She is brilliant at getting to the heart of the problem. I am so thankful for my experience at Unbridled Way Forward. Amanda provided a safe and nonjudgemental presence and held space for me with grace and compassion. Her lovely horses joined me in my story and allowed me to be authentic and experience feeling seen in a transformative way.
This was a wonderful experience. I not only learned more about effective equine-assisted therapy, but shared experiences with a great group of women, women with a purpose!
I cannot begin to explain the tranquility and serenity this place offers. Immediately when you pull onto the property you can feel the love, support and guidance. It was amazing!! The place is extremely peaceful and healing! It’s clean, the horses are great and gentle. Staff and volunteers are friendly! The location is beautiful!! I’d highly recommend this place!
