I’ve never felt out of place at this gym. If you’re worried about fitting in with the big guys, don’t be. Everyone is so welcoming and it’s very family friendly!

Hands down the best gym around! If you are looking for a body building gym this is the one. I have never been to another gym before that has this much unique equipment. Several pieces came from professional body builders and power lifters. All the big guys are the most willing to help you learn and watch your back. Great people!

This gym is a true hidden gem in a small town. It has that classic, old-school feel with solid, state of the art equipment you don’t see much anymore—no gimmicks, just everything you need to get real work done. The machines and free weights are clearly chosen by people who actually lift, and they’re kept in great shape.
