I’m honestly really disappointed with this haircut. I clearly told you to only take a small amount off the top, the sides and the back, and I specifically said not to cut my fringe at all. But you ended up cutting way too much, including my fringe, which was the one part I explicitly asked you not to touch. What also frustrated me was that you kept brushing my hair excessively during the haircut. My hair is curly, and brushing curly hair too much can stretch out the curls and make it frizzy.
