I ordered a getting ready robe for my daughter’s wedding day. I was a little nervous as to how my old wedding dress would work as it was 36 years old and stored in a closet. It turned out so beautiful. I would defiantly recommend Unbox the Dress. They are wonderful to work with from the start to the final product. They delivered the robe in plenty of time for the wedding day. It is so beautiful and will be cherished forever. I couldn’t be happier with the robe and Unbox the Dress’s exceptional service from start to finish.

I think I’d avoid this company… I purchased a robe, a ring bearer pillow, and a custom veil. Your items will be really great when you receive them, but communication throughout the process is a frustrating nightmare that I personally would recommend avoiding because of it. Planning a wedding is already stressful enough as it is, you don’t need additional (and totally preventable) stress because of a company’s lack of communication, changing timelines, and choosing final designs on your behalf without asking. I received 3 pieces from my dress and when I say they all took our breath away, that is an understatement!!! Everyone at the shower where my daughter unwrapped her gifts was in awe of the sentiment, design, and quality. Absolutely STUNNING!!! Thank you for creating heirloom quality pieces for my daughter and new husband and hopefully their children!! It was such a fun experience that I will never forget!!
