I have had 4 sessions with Eli. He’s honestly a life saver. I went from really struggling to put on socks and tying my shoes to running upwards of 7 miles and lifting again. I’m a middle aged athlete and just wasn’t getting better before. I’ll keep coming to see Eli so I can continue to live the active life I enjoy.
