I’ve been training at Unbound Athletic CrossFit for about two years now and the coaching, programming, and community are second to none. Recently did a one on one with Tyler to work on my muscle-up progression and managed to get them within a few weeks. Could not recommend enough.
I’ve been training with Michael for a while now and honestly it’s been such a good experience. He’s really supportive but also knows how to push me when I need it, which has helped me improve a lot, especially with my rugby league training. My daughter and myself have been coming here since the start of the year and we absolutely love this gym! The staff are very knowledgeable,always super friendly and welcoming and create a great atmosphere to train in. Highly recommend!!!
