12/9/23. I cashed a paper check because my direct deposit didn't go in effect yet. The representative was kind, courteous, and efficient. I would recommend UnBank to anyone that needs them.
I brought my 15 year old daughter to cash her very 1st Check and they talk to her and made her feel important and explained everything to her. My daughter is very shy and she can’t stop talking about the ladies there. The manager and the staff both took time and care with my daughter. Thank you for making her 1st experience One she felt very good about. Great Service ladies

They are horrible people the manager Tina is racist she barley want to cash black ppl checks. They take money from their employees checks if they make a mistake and give a customer too much money they garnish their checks like they don't make enough money already off the customers with their high fees very poor customer service I had a bad experience working there with the employees. Rude individuals period. No stars!
Very rude. Could just be that I’m from Texas but there was no hospitality in our phone conversation nor did she seem to want to be there.
