Had UNAVI unit installed when purchased a new 2015 Hyundai Sonata. The unit has failed 4x over the last 3 1/2 years. The most recent, the system blew out and the screen is black, with no back up camera working. I contacted Unavi. Pedro, the owner, is now giving me the run around.
