Seems I’m being a Debbie Downer among so many great reviews, but my experience has been pretty bad two weekends in a row! The weekend of Oct 18-19 you had a Halloween and pre holiday market at the Florida State Fairgrounds and I got there and there was no such thing. Then this past weekend you announced a Carnival with rides, food trucks, etc at the Premium Outlet in Wesley Chapel and again I went trusting you, but there was nothing!
