Horrible experience at Unisource. I arrived with my elderly mother for a knee replacement. I had a well trained and very polite service dog with me. When checking in they said nothing about the dog being a problem. They took my mother back to prep her for her surgery. The RN Sandy then came and told me I needed to put my dog in the car so I could go see my mother. It was 80 degrees out so this was not going to be an option and not safe for my dog.
