Arrived Early AM 7ish and Was unloaded right away - Stop at Entrance Gate - Check In - Loading On One side of building - Unloading opposite side Awesome Crew - Professional 🙏
OTR driver. Check in 7:15 am. I expect check out to be around 1 pm. I am delivering broken carts. Manually unloading then tractor is pushing it on a side of a warehouse. When I come, I was 6th in line. 2 on docks and 3 more waiting. This is a really bad experience.

Same thing the other drivers say, they make you wait to deliver as long as they can possibly take to get you unloaded, we have other loads to get and they take all day to get to you even if there are no trucks getting unloaded or you see other trucks leave out, its ridiculous, these people do not care about the drivers, everytime I come its the same wait. This is how we feed our family, our time matters. DO NOT ACCEPT THESE LOADS!!!
