They declined me after I was referred by a patient Cindy that works with my wife. The front office staff Linda said," they were accepting new patients." So I applied. They declined me and all I wanted was a pcp bc just moved to this area. They also said," my insurance was accepted." When I got a decline letter it basically said they don't take my insurance, or not accepting new patients? Went completely against everything their front office staff Linda told me.
